Project Aim at Developing the next generation of African experts on frontier technologies, emphasizing women as participants and leaders

The program has successfully select and develop 46 Open Skies Fellows over two years 

• 6 cohorts of African youth, will receive 5 month fellowships 
• Prioritize female fellows, using a 70/30 ratio to accommodate for the existing imbalance

Africans from secondary cities will be prioritized, not only from universities but directly from communities themselves
